WHAT TO DO TO WITH CANCELATIONS OR RETURNS?
The cancellation of an order, as long as it has not been sent, is free of charge.

RETURNS / COOLING PERIOD
You have a cooling period of 14 working days to return the product, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions here are assembled products. The product can only be returned if unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. For more information see Article 6 of our terms and conditions.
Want to return the entire order? Already received items please return it to the return address. B Y C H E R Y V E .C O M will refund the entire purchase price. The shipping costs for the return are your responsibility.
When returning a portion of your order, the shipping costs are for your account. The purchase price of the item you have returned from part of the order will be refunded to you. Shipping costs are not refundable in that case.
All cancellations, swaps and returns must be disclosed in writing to B Y C H E R Y V E .C O M . This should be done via email,: firstname.lastname@example.org You must provide your full name and invoice number and reason of cancellation, return or swap. Then fill in your order information, product information & reason for return on this page(See under our Return Address).
You should take into account that our Vintage items are all one-of-a-kind, so of every size and type, there is only 1 piece. The edition is limited so be quick if you want something to exchange.
For the repayment of amounts already paid (in advance), we also need your bank account.IBAN). Customers from Belgium or abroad should also mention the IBAN and BIC / SWIFT number of their own bank. Note: the account that you specify for the repayment must be equal to the account whose payment to B Y C H E R Y V E .C O M has done. This in case of any fraud repayments. Any amount paid within 14 days will be refunded.
